In 2023 after being diagnosed with brain cancer, I started a project to make a book of my folk tune compositions, and a new album to accompany it.
It began as a crowdfunder fundraiser to provide a creative outlet and an income whilst I underwent treatment, an 11 month ‘belt and braces’ Radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment intended to hold back the disease as long as possible.
The treatment is over, the tune book and album are finished and are now released for general sale once the crowdfunders have received their copies.
